Shipping Information
Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
- During high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
- If there is a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates:
- Orders under $100: Shipping rate of $6 using UPS Ground or USPS.
- Orders over $100: Free shipping within the continental United States.

Return Policy
Return Window:
- Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase.

Refund Process:
- Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- Check your bank account and contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items:
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:

Gifts:
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the gift wasn’t marked when purchased, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without a trackable shipping label.
